Malnad Cuisine

Malnad cuisine is famous for its culinary skills and local delicacies with abundant use of fresh local produce. This cuisine is well known for incorporating unique ingredients in the diet. Bamboo shoot, Ajwain leaves (Indian borage), Raw Jack fruit, Colocasia leaves, Brahmi leaves are few to name.

Our menu is inspired by local and farm foods, family recipes and fresh flavors of the seasons. We strive to offer our guests a healthy meal to begin the day.  Please let us know any requirements or special requests that you may have! We serve Akki Rotti, Shavige, Idli, Neerdosa, Kottee Kadabu generally for both veg and non veg guests.
